Wonderful Copenhagen
Explore Denmark's vibrant and varied capital on this short break
Denmark is known all over for it’s Vikings, but also the great story-writer H.C. Andersen has found his way into most people’s heart. So Spice would like to offer you the chance to discover Copenhagen, with its historical buildings and ancient streets, outstanding museums and galleries, the uniquely enchanting Tivoli Gardens and a resident monarchy that is the oldest in the world, the Danish capital has a host of attractions to suit all tastes.
But this is no living museum; Copenhagen is a vibrant, modern city whose fascinating past coexists with the very latest trends in architecture, design and fashion. This is, after all, one of the world's great design capitals, a status that is reflected in its dynamic new buildings and stunning shops making it a popular destination for tourists.

All kinds of concerts are held throughout the year, and you find a nightclub for every taste in the bustling nightlife of Copenhagen, or how about a Night at the Opera or the world famous Royal Danish Ballet. Location & Itinerary
Airport Transfers
The most efficient way of transferring from the airport to Copenhagen centre is by train and that is just what we will be doing so when you pack please bear this in mind. There is a station located in terminal 3 at the airport and it takes just 15 minutes to travel to Copenhagen Central Station, then it’s just a 10 minute walk to the hotel.
Copenhagen Card
To truly make the most of your time in the city the most cost effective way is to have a Copenhagen Card. This card gives not only unlimited travel on any of Copenhagen’s public transport while it is valid but also entrance to a whole range of attractions and museums in and around the city, plus discounts on many other activities/tours/restaurants in the city. Your coordinator will be planning an itinerary around attractions included on the Copenhagen Card so it is our recommendation that you add this to your booking. Cards are available for various periods but we are offering either the 72hr card or the 96hr card which will be activated when you arrive in Copenhagen airport. If you would like to use the card right up until departure then you will need to purchase the 96hr card.
