The coastal express trip to Norway was fantastic - amazing scenery, great food, excursions and a friendly group. Would highly recommend if you are into fjords, Vikings and Norway.
As a first time slightly nervous single traveller, my SPICE holiday in Cyprus was a great experience, lovely hotel, great company and I am now looking forward to my next holiday to Lake Como with SPICE later this year .
Great fun, excellent host, wonderful people, amazing skiing, friendly resort, fantastic weather and snow. Amazing skiing, Thank you.
Tenerife sunny break early February was lovely. Good hotel, good food and a diverse group of like minded people from around the country meeting up to explore the island, dance in the evening and have a laugh.
I love the fact that I feel so safe and welcome on a Spice Escapes holiday. Everyone in the groups I have met has been really friendly. I was nervous the first time but you meet more and more people that you know with each trip you go on. I only wish I had enough money and time off work to go on more of them!
My recent holiday with Spice Escapes went beyond my expectations! Fabulous destination, fabulous Host, fabulous itinerary and great value for money. You can do as much or little with the group without predjudice.
Enjoyed my Spice Ski Holiday - excellent hosting with like minded skiers - will join them again next year!
Very impressed as always with the spice escapes experience. From dealing with office staff to tour hosts to content of holiday and ability to deal with any issues arising they are second to none. I have done many trips with them and will continue to do so
Good trip with a nice group of people and friendly hosts. Lots of interesting places to see. Caves, castle, museum, art and local history. Something different for New Year.

Travel organisation and transfers was great and we were blown away by our beautiful hotel - stylish, comfy and in an ideal location. There was plenty to see and do. Our coordinator Pam Hart as usual was fabulous - lots of optional extras and real care taken over our needs and enjoyment.

Brilliant few days in Budapest really well organised with great ideas from Pam Harte our co ordinator had a fantastic time with fellow spicers easy to get round city hotel was brilliant location and rooms and breakfast were fantastic very enjoyable
Fantastic Cruise from New York to Barcelona on board NCL . Great group on a ship that attracted a lot of other solo travellers too . Fabulous ports and lots of entertainment on board plus delicious food . I really enjoyed our 3 nights in New York too with action packed days
An excellent holiday which was well organised and everything went to plan apart from a slight hitch with the airport transfer which was soon sorted
Starting in Paris, near to the Eiffel Tower is lovely. After the communal meal, some of us walked to the Eiffel Tower which is even more lovely at night. We changed hotels as we travelled, so experienced staying in a smaller French town too. This was so interesting and made the holiday feel more of a trip, rather than a short break. The evening meals were grouped, but also you get to pick and pay for your choices and close to the hotel, so easy to go back when ready. Giverny is lovely, the Champagne tasting was a completely different experience that I probably wouldn’t have had a chance to try. I’d definitely return to Giverny, preferably later to see how it looks in Summer (well June/July/August). This is an excellent first trip. It’s shorter, varied and you get to meet people.
I really enjoyed the accomodation, food choices, facilities and location of this resort. There was a lovely village about 40 minute walk away and regular buses to further afield The hotel had many excursion options, entertainment in the evenings and an excellent Spa. There were exercises such as yoga, dancercise and aerobics for those who wanted it. Tavernas were also on site for those who wanted lunch. The only things that could have made the experience even better would have been more signposts on the vast resort and an ATM since they always wanted cash,, except in the Spa and shops. It would also have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

"Seville": an excellent city break that was well organised and conveniently central to all the attractions. Good hotel. Great coordinator. Lots of attractions and pre-bookable outings. 38 degrees was about my limit so glad we didn't go in the hotter months.
I took my first group holiday with Spice Escapes recently to Lake Maggiore in Italy. Having travelled as a solo traveller, it was great to have someone else take away any stress organising a holiday. Communications were great, our host was fabulous making sure we were all ok and guiding us through an itinerary, whilst allowing us to do our own thing if we chose. She listened to what the group wanted to do and was flexible and willing to make changes to the original proposed itinerary, for example she arranged for us to go over into Switzerland on one of the days, even providing refreshments for the return journey! She was even our bank for a few of us that were struggling with cash, finding a way for us not to have to pay the expensive arm fee for withdrawals. She was a star! The people were great and I made a few more friends on this holiday in addition to visiting a beautiful place. I can't recommend Spice Escapes more highly. I have a few more holidays booked with them. No more solo holidays for me. Thank you Spice!
Fantastic holiday rafting down the Grand Canyon in USA with Spice Escapes for seven days. Sandwiched between days in Vegas. Such a experience never to be forgotten.
Spice Escapes are well coordinated and travel to various destinations with plenty to suit everyone. Travel is with friendly people. Singles and couples are very well catered for. Lots of exciting possibilities.
I did the Grand Canyon Rafting experience a few years ago and loved every minute. Though I was terrified beforehand - by the end of the first day I was sitting at the front, whooping and hollering with delight as we bounced down the rapids. And I felt very safe in the hands of a very competent and sociable crew. Thank you Spice for the many wonderful adventures I have enjoyed with you and some wonderful people xxx
I have recently done a wonderful holiday in Borneo through Spice escapes. Ian Purvis did a good job by managing to get the holiday going despite inadequate numbers. Overall the experience through Spice escapes was excellent. We had knowledgeable guides and the itinerary was well planned and executed with help of the accompanying Spice coordinator

Excellent trip to Venice. The weather and company were fantastic. So much history and culture (and ice creams) to enjoy.
My first Spice Escapes holiday and certainly won’t be the last. Enjoyable from start to finish mainly due to the friendly people to share your new experiences with.
Very enjoyable holiday - a good chance to try out different artistic mediums with some good all-round tuition from Dale. Rob's cooking was lovely - food heaven! A chance each day to get out and about and see a bit of Northern Spain.
Spice Escapes excels again. Venice in April, amazing. Accommodation always brilliant. Coordinator exceptional. Value for money spot on. Now where am I going to book next!!
A much needed and very enjoyable break in the winter sun and warmth of Gran Canaria. Great walking on a lovely island. Highly recommended!
A great walking holiday with Spice Escapes in Gran Canaria. The walks took us into the stunning scenery in the interior of the island, including some spectacular mountain terrace bars to finish the days.
Andorra skiing isn’t too challenging but there’s enough to satisfy all. Hotel close to amenities and comfortable with buffet style meals. Well organised and enjoyable trip
Fantastic skiing holiday in Andorra. The host Lauren was fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly - but also fun. Very accommodating and cannot recommend her, this trip and company enough!
I have been doing a spice ski trip every year for nearly 20 years and have always had a fantastic time. Especially good for solo travellers as very sociable and great fun. Highly recommend 👌

Arabba Italy 2024 Brilliant resort, lovely runs and the hotel was a short walk from the main lift. Brilliant hotel too, with lovely friendly staff and excellent food. This is a must 'go to' resort and I would certainly go again. Another excellent choice SPICE Escapes.
Brilliant Spice holiday visiting different locations- tasting different foods & wines! Highlight had to be the meal on a 1920 style tram traveling around Milan
Wow - what a fabulous trip to Cantabria, Northern Spain! The combination of Spice and Walkwise was superb. The home-cooked food was absolutely fantastic, accommodation lovely and homely and organisation with transport to the walks excellent. Very relaxing week with a small group of people all doing the same walk every day which I enjoyed - and the combination of coastal and foothills walks made this a superb holiday in a wonderful location.
Had an amazing holiday at Lake Garda, our hotel was lovely, our host was excellent and I met some great new friends. Everything was perfect, thank you Spice Escapes

The ski trip to Madonna di Campaglio I went on with Spice Escapes was well-organised, with smooth transfers and accurate information provided beforehand. The hotel was excellent, the food was superb and the company even better.
Excellent holiday! Ian at Spice escapes and Lauren the holiday host worked hard on flights, transfers and information, all went as planned and we felt well looked after. The accommodation was lovely, food good, company great- loads of laughs. Even good weather with a dump of snow early on, then powder and blue skies. We had a fabulous time and Mick is now the best skier ever as long as you're not in front of him! Thanks to everyone on the trip for such a good time. Will be back when the bruises have faded. I recommend Spice to anyone looking for welcoming, fun holidays, it's done us a power of good.

Just had the most amazing holiday to CUBA with Spice Escapes, our host PAM HARTLE was exceptional organising extra trips and making sure we all had great experiences. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We visited three different places, Havana, Trinidad and Varadero , hotels were all good standard and the cultural experiences were fantastic. Thank you so much and especially to PAM HARTLE.
Just back from the best 11 days in Cuba with the fabulous Pam coordinating. Sun, fun, vintage cars, pony and trap, crystal turquoise seas and white sand, but best of all Pam arranged all manner of additional options, meals outside of the AI hotels, the vintage car trips, snorkeling, lunch on the beach, all while dealing with room changes, personal issues and erm... lost phones. Nemind eh.

Did Club La Santa years ago in Lanzarote. Would recommend it to anyone
From Cuba to Thailand, via Finland, Norway, Turkey, Andorra, Italy, Amsterdam and many, many more destinations, from 5-star hotels to floating Rafts on the river Kwai, to drinking Champagne to sipping Kwak beer in the snow! From Gourmet Lobster to street food in Bangkok! Not to mention, Trains, Planes and Automobiles to boats, rafts and husky sledges! The list is endless. They say the world is a small place, believe me it`s not! I`ve hardly scratched the surface. Go on, you deserve it. You can thank me later. Shaun.

This was a truly unique and relaxed trip with a consummate host and a most knowledgeable Egyptologist. Sailing on a dahabiya on the Nile was an awesome must do experience. Highly recommend!
For a single woman Spice Escapes takes you to places you probably wouldn’t go on your own.
In 2015 holiday to Greece wasn’t good. In 2019 I went to Spain Huelva which was a brilliant holiday. Lauren was is a brilliant co-ordinator on that holiday.
I went to Cuba in 2018. Karen was the host. It was well organised and a good trip. I have always wanted to go to Havana.
I’ve been to Italy 5 times with Spice – Lake Garda, Venice twice, Milan and my favourite was Sicily which was incredible! We saw the ‘real’ Italy, authentic Italian food and wine, off the beaten track. Also the trip to Lapland was amazing – husky rides, snowmobile, reindeer sleigh ride, Ice Hotel and the Northern Lights which was a fantastic experience!
