Commission on every confirmed booking, at the rate set out in your agency agreement. You see the rate and the terms before you commit to anything.

We collect from the client and pay you. There is no deposit for you to take, no balance for you to chase and no money of ours sitting in your account. Commission is settled by self-billed invoice, so there is nothing for you to raise.

Your client stays yours. An introduction is protected for a period written into the agreement, and if they come back to us directly inside it the booking is still credited to you.

The host is the part your client is actually buying and the part that is hardest to sell from a brochure: a named person who has run the trip before, who handles the group at the airport, and who is the reason somebody travelling on their own is not on their own by the first dinner.

You ask for the places in the portal — which holiday, how many, and who they are for. We hold them while we confirm with the operator, then come back with a confirmation you can send straight on.

Names, passports and dietary requirements can wait. Send your client their own link and they fill in their details and upload their own documents; or do it yourself in the portal. Either way you can see at a glance what is still outstanding on a booking.
